- Project Initiation & Payment MilestonesClients are required to pay a mandatory 40% advanced payment before any project planning, designing, or development work begins. Work on the project will strictly start only after the advance payment has been successfully received and cleared in our account.
- Project Abandonment & Non-Refundable AdvanceThe client agrees to check project details, provide necessary assets, and maintain active communication with the TechCanva team. If a client fails to continue the project, stops collaborating, or goes completely unresponsive for 2 weeks (14 days) after paying the advance, the project will be officially dropped from our active schedule. In the case of project abandonment or once a project is fully completed and delivered, all payments made up to that point are strictly non-refundable.
- Website Development Scope & HandoverUpon project completion, the client must thoroughly check all details, functionalities, and content layout. Once handed over, TechCanva is not responsible for any minor or structural errors missed during the final review. Our services are limited to the design and delivery of a fully functional website as per the initially agreed specifications. We do not manage, operate, or monitor website content, backend transactions, or user activities post-delivery. Any major modifications requested after final handover (such as adding new structural routes, changing the primary UI theme, or adding extra core features) will incur extra charges.
- Domain & Hosting PoliciesDomain registration and recurring renewal charges are not included in our regular project development plans. They are not calculated within standard design packages and must be handled independently by the client. If third-party services (such as external hosting, payment gateways, or premium APIs) are integrated into the website, their respective terms and conditions apply separately. TechCanva shall not be held liable for any service disruptions or updates arising from these third-party platforms.
- Website Support PlansFollowing the final payment and project completion, technical support and maintenance assets will be provided strictly according to the specific duration, SLA, and terms explicitly mentioned in the client's chosen package plan.
- Digital Marketing & Ad CampaignsFor digital marketing setups, our standard management service fee is strictly fixed at ₹5,000 (Five Thousand Rupees). If the client wishes to run paid marketing campaigns via Google Ads or Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook), the actual ad expenditure budget must be loaded and paid directly from the client's own ad account wallet. TechCanva's service fee covers campaign management, optimization, and strategy only.
- Liability Disclaimer & Customer ResponsibilityOnce the website assets are handed over, the customer holds absolute ownership and legal responsibility for its utilization. TechCanva shall not be held liable for any financial losses, legal actions, disputes, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform conducted by the customer or any third party. The customer agrees to comply entirely with all regional and global digital laws.
